Infinia Integrator What’s New
This “What’s New” document will detail the major enhancements, new features, and changes made to the software since the version 188.8.131.52 release.
Multicurrency Module updates
There were several fixes to our Multicurrency import modules since the initial release of the module in version 184.108.40.206. Please be sure to install this latest update if you are using any of our Multicurrency modules. These changes only effect when importing in currencies other than your functional currency.
Support for GP2018
Version 8.4x and beyond supports Dynamics GP2018.
For Binary Stream MEM support, please install version 8.5x and beyond for compatibility with GP2018.
Upgrading to version 220.127.116.11
To complete the upgrade to 18.104.22.168, please follow the separate upgrade documentation found on our FTP site.
When the upgrade is complete, you will need to rebuild the Infinia Integrator SQL objects as noted by this dialog box when you open the Integrator for the first time after the upgrade install.
Example of the upgrade dialog box for 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199
When rebuilding the Infinia Integrator SQL objects for this update, you will need to reset the module setup tables listed below if you are using them. This is due to setup table changes:
1. Chart of Accounts import
2. Customer import
PLEASE NOTE: You may want to have a screenshot of the current setup screens, before rebuilding these tables, since the rebuild will reset the import fields to the default.
Rebuilding the Infinia Integrator SQL Objects:
1. You may want to have a screenshot of the current setup screens for both the Chart of Accounts and Customer imports.
2. When rebuilding the Infinia Integrator SQL Objects through the Infinia Integrator Setup, mark the setup tables to rebuild. See example screenshots below.
3. After the rebuild is completed, go into the Customer setup screen and/or the Chart of Accounts setup screen and re-setup/enter your setups from the screenshots you took in step #1.
4. Test the modules.
New Feature – GL Master Record import now allows the import of the Inactive flag
This new feature will allow you to import and update the Inactive flag on GL chart of accounts. An example of the setup screen where the new feature is located is below, along with what the Excel template will look like. When updating the Inactive flag, you can use either a Y or Yes, or N or No for the updates.
New Feature – clearing grid after import
With this version a new message will pop-up after the import is complete, letting the user know that the Infinia Integrator grid will be cleared to prevent the user from importing the data again.
New Feature – Customer Master record import changes for Salesperson and Territory
This new feature moves the Salesperson and Territory ID to the address field for updating multiple addresses, and allowing changes to the Salesperson and Territory ID attached to those address IDs.
Here is the new Customer Master record setup screen with the addition of SalesPerson and Territory Ids under the Address ID section.
When importing now, you have the option to update Salesperson ID and Territory ID. The Infinia Integrator will validate invalid IDs.
Below is an example of the Excel teamplate could look like, when updating the Salesperson and Territory ID for one customer with multiple addresses.
